  1. The 100% cashback amount is given for every successful online payment transaction done online (through Credit card, Debit card, Net banking or Payment wallets. Cashback is not applicable for COD orders)
  2. The cashback amount is subject to maximum of Rs.5000 per user per transaction.
  3. Everytime you pay online, Everytime you get Cashback.
  4. The cashback amount ( equivalent amout of online payment done to a max of Rs 5000/- will be directly credited to the Customer’s Vanca Wallet. 
  5. Only approved and validated transaction/payment/purchase made shall be eligible for the Offer.
  6. Wallet cashback will be added to the The Vanca wallet after the confirmation of order within 24-48 hrs .
  7. If any user club products with sale items then cashback will be given only for non discounted products.
  8. Cashback amount will not be refunded in original payment method for returned products, it will be refunded only in Vanca wallet only.
  9. For all cancelled order the amount will be added to The Vanca wallet.
  10. 100% Cashback offer period is valid only for June 2017 month.

100% cash back is NOT applicable on:

  1. Cashback is not applicable for COD orders
  2. Cashback can not be clubbed with any other offer/coupon.
  3. Failed/Cancelled transactions shall not be eligible for the Offer.

Do I have to register to checkout on The Vanca?

No, you can easily checkout as a guest. However, for your convenience and to avail future discounts we recommend you to register with us.

Do I have to disclose my Email & Phone Number for Registration?

Yes. This ensures a secure shopping from your end. We ensure you that your details will not be disclosed.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please click on “Forgot my Password” option available in Sign in/Register page. A link to set new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID.

Is my personal information secure? How can I edit my personal info?

Absolutely yes, It’s completely secured. We ensure that the data you have entered is strictly confidential. To edit your personal info, you can visit “My Account” to make the required changes.

How do I contact The Vanca?

How do I know my size?

We have provided size charts for each product. Please refer to our “Size Chart” section for more details.

How do I make a payment?

We accept Master Card, Visa credit, Debit & Credit Cards. We also have an option of Net banking and Cash on Delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Cancellation is possible only before the product has been packed. As soon as the cancellation is done, we will refund the entire amount paid for the order in case of prepaid payment only. Even if the item has been shipped but not delivered to you, cancellation is possible.

What are the steps to be followed to cancel my order?

Give us a call or write to us [email protected]! We’re open from 10am to 6pm (Mon-Sat). We’ll help you out.

How long will it take to receive my refund after cancellation?

If the order has just been placed and has not been packed or shipped yet, we will be able to process the refund immediately after cancellation. As soon as the refund has been processed from our side, it might take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the account.

Shipping & Tracking Faq’S

At The Vanca, we work towards shipping your orders from our warehouse as soon as possible. Go on! We’re sure most of your questions will get answered.

How long will the delivery take?

It’s really quick! All your orders will be dispatched within one working day of placing the order. Although the delivery time might vary between 3-5 working days. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes.

How long will it take to receive my refund after cancellation?

If the order has just been placed and has not been packed or shipped yet, we will be able to process the refund immediately after cancellation. As soon as the refund has been processed from our side, it might take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the account.

How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. You can also track your shipment at the respective courier partner’s website. Tracking number is shared with you on mail once the order is dispatched. If you haven’t received check your SPAM folder.

What should I do if I miss my delivery?

We understand that you can’t wait at the delivery address all the while you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. We will make three consecutive attempts to deliver the order to you. So, in case you’ve missed the order delivery just Relax!

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible to change the address, since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product we won’t be able to change it.

What are The Vanca Return/ Exchange policy?

The Vanca offers a 15 DAYS FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE SERVICE on purchase of non-discounted products. The policy allows customers to return/exchange request of a product within 15 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns so that you can raise a return request for one or other products. Our exchange service is absolutely free.
Few things to keep in mind:

  • It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells are not transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
  • It should be unwashed with price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be intact.

How do I return an item?

  • Write us on [email protected] and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place.
  • Only three pick up attempts will be made from the courier service to collect the parcel which is to be returned by the customer.
  • Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check.
  • Once the product clears the quality check, the refund will be initiated. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns/exchanges.

My area is not serviceable for reverse pick up, how do I return my order?

We ensure to service maximum pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But still if in case your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by to self – shipping this item. Please send us the product, brand labels and tags in a sealed bag. Do mention the order id on the shipment. Please courier the item to our Returns Address:

When I’ll get refund for my returned product?

  • As soon as a return request is registered, the product would be picked up within 3 business days. The moment it has been picked up, it would take the same time for the product to reach us as it took for the initial delivery.
  • Once it reaches our warehouse, within one business day, the refund would be processed by us post successful Quality Check.
